Zoo Adventures

Finally,

a beautiful (almost hot)

spring day!

Time to head to the zoo!

We had a yummy picnic lunch,

a quick one,

because the kiddos

were ready to hit the road!

to see the animals,

I mean trains,

oh wait....

Yes, his favorite part was the train.

He found most of the animals

pretty intimidating.

I can't really blame him.

In this pick Jake was yelling,

and Trent is looking in fear

at the Rhino walking up behind me

ready

to

take aim

at us

to

"mark his territory"......

Aside from the scary Monkeys and Rhinos,

we had a great day.

Trent was in heaven just being outside,

riding in a wagon pulled by Grandma

and drinking pop.

Sean was in heaven too!!

Besides an amazing husband who takes on
more than his share,
this house also has
a very busy
"Boy of many different hats."
The perk of having a child with a
"Type A" personality?
He likes clean floors.....

He loves his brother,

making sure all is perfect for him.

He is always making us laugh.

 He likes to create,
(OK, so he doesn't ALWAYS like clean!)

His intense curiosity about the world

leads to constant learning and growing.

He loves his hat wearing!

We are so thankful for our

busy boy

and all that he brings to our family.

Baby=family!

One of the best parts about welcoming

a new baby into the world

is

Family!

Babies seem to bring people together,

and create happiness!

(and food!!)

While visiting the baby,

it never hurts to put your company to work!

I can barely handle it....

The growing up-

it's happening too fast

3 weeks, where have you gone?

2 week appointment- 7lb 12oz  25th%

Gaining over a pound in a week.

Now outgrowing clothes.

Starting to "coo".

Loves watching big brother act crazy.

Our family is appreciating every second together

because

it is going too fast.

Order

I used to love order in my life.

Clean, things put in their place.

Now I live with a house of boys.

Where someone is always hungry.

Where at least one person is awake 20 out of 24 hours.

Where the floors could always use cleaning.

Where there is always a diaper to change.

Where groceries are always needed.

Where there are plenty of toys to step on.

Where there is always a load of laundry to do.

Where I awake to this....

How could this not make me smile?

I didn't know how fun dis-order would be!
