Big Guy
sorted and re-sorted
his treasures
first thing
the next morning.
"Look, I found a T"!
It was time for our first
fishing trip!
Talk about
a lesson on patience.
They were not afraid
of these
squirmy worms!
Big Guy
is not one
to sit around long.
So, he had to
learn
about
sitting still
and
being quiet
in order
to catch
a fish.
Daddy had images
of Big Guy
reeling in
his first catch.
After spending
quality time
together.
There was not much
sitting still.
And no fish
were caught.
But
we did have fun,
quality time together.
As parents
of two toddlers
we are learning as much
as we are
teaching.
Fishing
is a great lesson
on patience.....
for everyone!
The heat returned,
so it was back
to the
campsite
to get
a little more sillies
out.
Big Guy talks about
this trip daily.
We can't wait to go again!
