Shoot outs, trains and canyons, oh my!!

Finally,

the BIG day arrived!

Up and at 'em

to a cowboy shootout!

Then, along with the cowboys,

we boarded the

Grand Canyon Railway!

We rode in style

in an observation dome.

Complete with snacks, drinks

and cowboy sing a longs!

(No pic, but guess who was asleep on my lap?!)

Finally! 

GRAND CANYON!!!!

We were escorted to a very yummy

buffet lunch,

then onto a 

rim tour

for our first up close sights!

The boys loved taking pictures

and got some great ones!

Many on the blog 

are taken by them!

There is also the hotel down there

and with binoculars

we could see 

the rafts on the water.

Cactus butt sit.....🌵

Smellin' the trees.

Ponderosa Pines smell like butterscotch. Yum!

Our hotel had a great place

for the boys to explore.

On our way to dinner,

the deer were having theirs too!
