Summer days!
Nothing better than
grabbing your buddy
and heading to the lake on a Monday afternoon!

We had been searching patiently for a while,
and finally found our new toy!
We just outgrew and used up the old pontoon,
and loved it so much decided to go with the same type,
just a little bigger!
"Bite Me 2" brought much luck!
Toad island, one of their fav spots at the lake.
Sean found his dads old pup tent,
and spent the night in it alone!
At Brownell, didn't even come in when the coyotes called!

Trent made it up on the knee board!

Got off the water right before storm moved in

Made it back to Hays for
back to school night...
And made it home right before getting slammed.
(Jake got stuck in Brownell after taking the boat there.)
We ran to the basement when we saw
things in the backyard moving in circles....
Our poor cottonwood....😢
And this poor guy (the next morning he eventually flew!)
Our poor house...complete with a hole in our roof
which led to a waterfall in our front hallway.
This church got peeled open.
First day of school was cancelled!
So, the real first day Mom had to work....
